2 tank types from Wieser Concrete.
Concrete Tank
Wieser makes a solid precast concrete 1,000-gallon tank that has been a staple in the Midwest for decades. Concrete tanks are heavy, which means they resist buoyancy in high water table areas. They are durable, long-lasting, and most local codes accept them without question. You will need a crane to set one, but once it is in the ground it is not going anywhere.
$1,000 - $1,500 (tank only)
Concrete Tank
This is Wieser's two-compartment 1,500-gallon precast tank, commonly required in states where codes mandate a divided tank. The first compartment handles primary settling and the second allows further treatment before effluent moves to the drainfield. Built heavy, built right, and accepted by virtually every building department.
$1,500 - $2,200 (tank only)
