The Singulair TNT is a self-contained advanced treatment unit that handles everything from settling to aeration to disinfection. It is NSF 40 and 245 certified, which means it meets the highest residential treatment standards. Required in many areas with poor soil or near sensitive waterways. Not cheap, but it produces effluent clean enough that some states allow reduced drainfield sizes.
