Account Setup & Sign-In

SepticMind uses secure authentication to protect your business data. You can sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email.

Signing in:

Go to the sign-in page

Choose "Sign in with Google" for one-click access, or

Enter your email address to receive a magic link (no password needed)

Click the link in your email to sign in instantly

Account roles:

Owner: Full access to all features, billing, and team management

Admin: Access to all features except billing changes

Member: Standard dashboard access for office staff

Technician: Field-focused access for service jobs, routes, and manifests

Team management:

Company owners can invite team members from the Settings page. Each team member gets their own login and role-based permissions.

Security:

All sessions are encrypted and expire automatically

Magic links are one-time use and expire after 24 hours

You can sign out from any device via the sidebar
