  • Receive a confirmation email with reference number

  • What happens when a booking comes in:

  • The customer gets an instant confirmation email with their reference number
  • Your team gets a notification email with all booking details
  • You can view and manage bookings from the dashboard
  • Confirm or reschedule directly with the customer

  • Setting up the portal:

    The portal is automatically available at /portal on your SepticMind domain. Share this link on your website, Google Business profile, and marketing materials.
